Under the Sea | London Aquarium

One of London's most popular attractions is Sea Life; an amazing aquarium with a variety of fish and marine life. My friends and I decided to take a trip under the sea to experience the attraction this summer. Previously I have been to the aquarium a few times, but this time there were new attractions-such as the Antarctica penguin experience!

The attraction is shown as a journey through the oceans, and it is split into sections such as Tropical Rainforest, Dive Discovery and Ocean Tunnel. We saw sharks, turtles, and touched starfish! Sea Life also provide talks and feeding shows, which allow further interaction with the marine animals.

We booked priority tickets before we visited the attraction which allowed us to skip the queues and spend the whole day in the aquarium, but really we could have done without these tickets as we didn't actually spend that long in the attraction and the queues weren't too long.

Whilst walking through the aquarium there were many signs and displays which showed shocking facts and figures that showed how threatened marine animals are. They also provided donation boxes which aimed to raise money to stop whaling and help marine life. I was happy to see such great causes being highlighted to the public to aim to help the oceans.

Overall I had a great day with my friends and would definitely recommend Sea Life London if you are looking for something to do in the capital. Other attractions are located in the area such as The London Dungeon, Madame Tussaud, The Shrek Experience and The London Tombs. I am hoping to experience these soon.
